The majority of Sync-supported lenders require completed mortgage forms to be faxed to them. Regardless of whether you've been processing these manually or through another platform, Sync leverages advanced technology to deliver a refined digital experience, saving you both time and money. Here’s how Sync manages lenders who rely on fax communication.

After your instructions are uploaded, Sync uses advanced AI technology to digitize your mortgage packages, and every detail is carefully reviewed by Sync’s mortgage experts for accuracy and completeness. Your mortgage details are then directly imported into your file, saving you from manual data entry.

Your RFF, FR, and additional mortgage forms are automatically populated with various details from your matter, such as client, property and insurance details, simplifying form preparation. You can even add your solicitor’s signature to the forms right within Closer, eliminating the need to use third-party tools such as Adobe to complete this process. When you're ready to submit a package, we'll send the forms to the lender for you, confirm receipt, and update the status in your file.

Digital Mortgage Processing for Email-Based Lenders

For lenders that receive forms via email, you'll continue to communicate with your lender's funding contact via email to provide necessary mortgage forms generated within Closer. Sync continues to provide valuable time-saving benefits, such as pulling mortgage details directly into your file, auto-filled forms, and adding necessary signatures. Once your package is ready, simply download it from Sync and email it to the lender.
